How to travel more often and find good deals – 5 tips!

Looking back the last 2 years, it was really wonderful. I encountered a lot of growth in my job, I had a solid base of friends around me, travelled to beautiful places and last but not least: I met the love of my life! I feel so lucky about all these things and I think that because of the fact that I am so happy, I found myself being less behind my computer writing blog articles and more out undertaking things. I ‘needed’ my blog less, to write down my thoughts, I had less concerns to overthink and was able to discuss them with my boyfriend. However, I still really love having my own blog and I want to keep my hobby alive! So hereby starting off with the first blog of 2018 (in July, damnit ;)). Why you should visit the breathtaking island of Bonaire: My travel experience!

I can’t believe I’m home again, it’s already been a month.. Bonaire stole my heart! I miss the sun, the bright blue see, the beautiful animals and relaxed and friendly people.. As you can hear, I had an amazing holiday in the Dutch Antilles at the island of Bonaire, which is located in the Caribbean. It’s probably one of the least familiar islands there and somewhat smaller, with few tourists. It’s mostly known to be a divers paradise, but I can certainly say, for non-divers – like me – it’s a perfect holiday destination as well! I’d like to share with you my experience, some pictures and most importantly, some tips for you when you are thinking of visiting Bonaire! Traveling to Germany by bus: My Flixbus experience

Last weekend I went to visit a good friend of mine who lives in Germany, Darmstadt. I want to share my experience of this trip and the means of transportation. I’ve visited her before by car, but this time I wanted to take public transport. As train prices from Utrecht to Frankfurt where almost just as expensive as plane tickets, I decided to check out possibilities for a bus drive. As I didn’t mind about a few hours of traveling longer (6 hours by bus or 4 hours by train, it’s quite a long trip anyway), I decided to book bus tickets with Flixbus, which were very reasonably priced!
